  • What leasing options are available?

    We offer 1- to 15- month terms.
  • Are corporate rentals available?

    Yes.
  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the first of each month.
  • What utilities are not included in the rent?

    Tenants are responsible for electricity and cable/internet. Water, sewer, trash, and pest are billed to you but payable with your rent monthly.
  • Are there any bed restrictions for the apartments?

    No waterbeds.
  • How can I pay my rent? What forms of payment are acceptable?

    You can pay online. Check, card, or money gram are acceptable forms of payment.
  • Under what circumstance can a landlord terminate your lease?

    Drugs, criminal activity, domestic, unauthorized occupants, destruction of property, and non-payment of rent.
  • What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

    You can do a 60-day notice and a lease buy-out.
  • Are there any fees associated with moving out?

    You may have move-out charges depending on the condition of the unit.
  • Can the apartment be listed on AirBnB?

    No.
  • What are the occupancy limits?

    Only 2 people per studio and 1-bedroom apartment. Only 4 people per 2-bedroom apartment.
  • How often is there a rent increase?

    Typically yearly but depends and does fluctuate.
  • Can the apartment be sublet?

    No.
  • Is renter's insurance required?

    Yes, a $100,000.00 property liability is required.
  • What are your application requirements?

    We require an income 3 times the gross amount of rent, 2 years of verified rental history, verified employment history, a credit check, and a background check. We provide a program to work with renters who have less-than-perfect credit. Please ask about our Rhino policy alternative. Outstanding evictions must be dismissed and bankruptcy must be discharged.
  • Are the apartments furnished?

    No.

  • Can I apply online?

    Yes, we prefer for all applications to come in via the prospect portal. Apply Here

  • What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?

    We require a $50.00 application fee and a $150.00 admin fee due upon application. Security deposit and pro-rate rent are due at move-in.
  • How much of the security deposit is refundable?

    The standard deposit is fully refundable upon move out depending on charges. Security Deposit Alternative is non-refundable.
  • How much is the security deposit?

    $500-$1500. Ask about our Security Deposit Alternative Program.
  • Is there an application fee?

    Yes, $50.00 per person over the age of 18.
  • What is the average cost for utilities each month?

    Utilities fluctuate. Electric depends on the size of the unit etc.
  • What are hours of the leasing office?

    9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday & Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm
  • What internet service options are available?

    Spectrum.
  • What property amenities are included?

    All amenities are included in the rent with no separate fees.
  • Do you have cable?

    Yes.
  • Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

    Dogs and Cats are permitted. A total of two pets are allowed per household. Hidden Creek utilizes petscreening.com for all animal screening prior to move-in and renewal. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per pet, and pet rent is $25 per month per pet. Pet rent is based on petscreening.com recommendations. Dog Breed Restriction List: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas.
  • I need emergency maintenance. Who do I call?

    Call the office, and if it is after hours, the leasing center will do a page out.
  • I have a noise complaint. Who do I contact?

    Contact the office first to see if we can resolve the issue, and if not, management will direct you further.
  • Can I smoke in my apartment?

    Yes, we ask that you not smoke in the enclosed common areas or hallways.
  • What is the parking situation?

    Each unit has 1 assigned parking spot. Additional parking is also available.
  • What do I do if someone parks in my parking spot?

    Contact the office.
  • I have a non-emergency maintenance issue. Who do I contact?

    Call the office, and if we don't answer, the leasing center will enter a work order for you. You can also submit a work order on the resident portal.
  • What is the policy for guest parking?

    Guest parking is available throughout the property and is first come first serve.
  • Are there building quiet hours?

    Quiet hours are in line with noise ordinances.
  • What decorations or changes to the apartment are prohibited?

    You can decorate your home within limits. Please consult the office for approval for hanging items, tv, etc. 

  • Can residents put personal grills on their patios?

    No grills are allowed on the balconies per the fire dept.
  • What is the procedure for moving out?

    We require a 60-day notice, a forwarding address, and a move-out notice from the office submitted.
  • Is there public transportation nearby?

    Yes.
  • Are you near any transportation routes?

    Target Field Station.
  • What school district serves the community?

    Cedar Island Elementary, Plymouth Middle, and Robbinsdale Armstrong Senior High.
  • Do apartments have dishwashers?

    Yes.
  • Does the apartment come with a microwave?

    No.
  • Are stoves gas or electric?

    Gas.
  • Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?

    Yes.
  • Is there a bathtub or just a shower? Are they together or separate?

    The bathtub and shower are together.
